Yes, you will need to re-apply. Employees are required to reactivate their application with Quest Staffing Services every 24 months to maintain current and accurate employee contact information, employment history, skill assessment, and receive updates on our company policies.

You will need to bring your resume with your most current work history, documentation that establishes your identity and right to work in the U.S., and any additional certifications that may be relevant to your career goals. It is recommended that you list at least the last four years of employment on your resume.

The application process varies with each applicant. We acknowledge that your time is valuable therefore we first ask that you complete a two sided pre-application to determine if we currently have positions available matching your experience and qualifications. Once you meet the criteria for any job positions available, we will ask that you fill out all new hire paperwork so that when a job offer is extended to you, you are ready to start immediately.

Time varies depending on job availability, required computer testing, completion of paperwork, completion of a safety video review and short multiple choice safety quiz.

Based on experience, qualification, and availability of current positions, we may invite you into our office to complete the application process. Some of our current positions are posted in our website. Feel free to inquire about a job posting you feel you may qualify for.

Our services are absolutely free of charge to all applicants. Our Staffing Consultants’ primary focus is to facilitate the placement process and guide the applicant to a career placement and contract opportunities. Yes. Most of our clients require that we process both a background check and a drug test before extending an offer of employment to any of our applicants.

In most cases, if you are looking for administrative and accounting positions you will be asked to complete a computer test through our testing software. If you recently tested for another service and you have a copy of your results, we may accept those as well or in lieu of completing skill tests with Quest.

Upon request we do offer refresher tutorials for many of our computer tests.

No, although temporary assignments are available, Quest Staffing Services also specializes in temporary-to-hire and direct hire placements. Temporary assignments often lead to long term placements.

Time frames vary depending on the positions available and your work experience, qualifications and availability. On occasion, candidates have been hired on the same day they register with us.

You will receive your paycheck every week on Friday. If a Company or bank holiday falls on a designated pay day, we will issue paychecks on the day before whenever possible. To avoid lost or stolen paychecks, we strongly encourage you to choose to have your paycheck deposited automatically into your checking or savings account.

Yes, direct deposit is available. All you need to do is fill out our form (available on our Employee Forms page) and provide a voided check.

Your employment with Quest will be “At-Will”. It can be ended by you or the client at any time, for any reason. We ask that employees maintain good communication with our staff and, if possible, provide us with ample notice if you plan to leave your assignment.

You would be working through Quest Staffing Services for the completion of a successful probation period based on a set number of hours completed with our client company. These hours are based on our contract agreement with each client company and may vary from client to client. It is not based on days or months. Both regular and overtime hours are calculated toward completion of contracted hours. This information is discussed when if there is an offer of employment by a client of Quest.

Any offer of employment for temp-to-hire conversions will be based on the completion of required conversion hours, your job performance, attitude, attendance, punctuality and the successful completion of any pre-employment screening required by our client before hiring.

All employees must have consistent work history, good employment references and be eligible to work in the United States. Criminal background and drug screens are available at an additional charge to employers.

Quest has invested in testing software for all the latest software and accounting packages. Employees are not considered for any position requiring software experience without first testing at the Quest office.

No, there aren’t any up-front fees for direct hire recruiting. Fees are due and paid once we both agree that a suitable candidate has been found and has begun work.

Quest will handle all offers and endings of an employee’s assignment. Please call your Staffing Consultant representative and they will handle it from there.
